Q: Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Hong Kong. Please visit nonfiction.com for international shipments.

Q: What types of shipping do you offer for orders?

All orders under $500 HKD, ship for a flat rate of $50 HKD.

Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders over $500 HKD.

Q: What shipping couriers do you use?
We ship with SF Express.

Q: Where can I find my tracking information?

Tracking details will be included in your shipping confirmation email and can also be found in your account.

Q: What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable. To start a return, please contact customer care team at support-hk@nonfiction.com. Please note that refunds are issued back to the original payment method and it may take up to two weeks to process.
